The staff are terrific, always happy, friendly and very helpful. The resort was always clean & tidy and the food at the resturant was great. We were a group of 8 friends staying at Mutiara and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and kept tidy every morning. Hotel is out of the hussle and bustle of Kuta and easy wlaking distance from Seminyak min road and numerous restaurants. Will recommend this establishment to all potential tourists!!!! People who complain about this hotel really should remove the chip from the shoulders....

Nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff, their can-do attitude and friendly demeanor was like a breath of fresh air. Rooms were spotless, service fast and efficient, breakfast was scrumptious and our every request was met. Thank you for everything! We hope to be back! In the meantime we will send you more guests from S.Africa.
